Roof Replacement

When a roof is past patching, we replace it once, correctly — deck, underlayment, flashing and finish, installed as one system.

How It Works

Our process.

  1. 01

    Inspection and scope

We walk the roof, check the deck, and document exactly what needs to change before we quote anything.

  2. 02

    Written estimate

A line-item quote for materials and labor, with the material options and their trade-offs explained plainly.

  3. 03

    Tear-off and install

Old roofing comes off down to the deck, damaged sheathing is replaced, and the new system goes on in sequence.

  4. 04

    Final inspection

A walk-through with photos before the crew leaves, and a warranty document that covers the whole roof.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How long does a full replacement take?

Most residential replacements run 3 to 10 working days depending on roof size, pitch and material. We give you a specific range in the written estimate, not a generic one.

Do I need to be home during the work?

No. Most owners aren't. We'll coordinate access, protect landscaping and driveways, and send daily photo updates.

What happens if you find deck damage once the old roof is off?

We stop, show you the damage, and quote the repair before proceeding — never a surprise on the final invoice.

Is the whole roof covered under one warranty?

Yes. Materials and labor are covered under a single warranty document, not separate manufacturer and contractor paperwork you have to reconcile yourself.
