Storm Damage

After a storm, the roof damage isn't always visible from the ground. We inspect, document and handle the claim process alongside you.

How It Works

Our process.

  1. 01

    Post-storm inspection

We check the full roof, not just the visible slopes, for hail bruising, creased shingles and lifted flashing.

  2. 02

    Damage documentation

Photos and a written report suitable for an insurance claim, organized by roof section.

  3. 03

    Adjuster meeting

We meet your insurance adjuster on-site and walk the roof with them, so the assessment matches our findings.

  4. 04

    Repair or replacement

Once the claim is approved, we schedule the work — repair for isolated damage, full replacement when the roof warrants it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How soon after a storm should I get an inspection?

As soon as it's safe to do so. Hail damage that isn't leaking yet can still shorten a roof's life if left undocumented.

Do you work directly with my insurance company?

We meet adjusters on-site and provide documentation, but the claim itself stays between you and your insurer — we don't file it on your behalf.

What if the adjuster's assessment doesn't match yours?

We'll walk the discrepancy with you and provide additional documentation to support a reinspection request if warranted.

Is a storm inspection free?

Yes, for roofs in our service area, whether or not you move forward with any repair work.
