A spring hailstorm left the original low-slope membrane pitted and split at two seams. We documented the damage for the owner’s insurance claim, then replaced the full roof with a standing-seam metal system rated for the hail-impact zone.

The claim photos and our own inspection report matched line for line, which kept the approval process to a single adjuster visit.
