The Calloway roof had two prior repair patches and a valley that never quite sealed. Rather than patch a third time, the owners asked for a full replacement they wouldn’t have to think about again.
We stripped the roof to the deck, replaced two sections of damaged sheathing, and installed a standing-seam metal system with concealed fasteners. The low profile keeps the roofline close to the original silhouette, which mattered for a house on a block of similar-era ranches.
Nine working days, start to final inspection, with the driveway and garden beds protected throughout.
